Foundational platforms for mission-critical infrastructure.

Two foundational platforms

Compute, codec, and intelligence—engineered for environments that don't forgive.

Evemeta builds horizontally. Two foundational platforms—Theia and the EVE Codec—underwrite verticals across defense, healthcare, rail, and broadcast.

Theia

Defense ISR

Full-motion video and geospatial intelligence on contested links.

GPU-accelerated ISR stack with HiPS as the geospatial substrate. Engineered for bandwidth-constrained, contested, and disconnected operating environments.

  • NVIDIA-first runtime: Jetson Orin to data-center class.
  • Geospatial intelligence layer (HiPS) integrated end-to-end.
  • CITADEL secure runtime envelope for sensitive deployments.

EVE Codec

Universal video engine

~6x more bandwidth-efficient than major streaming platforms—at every resolution from 480p to 8K.

Approximately 2x over H.264 and 33% over H.265 at matched perceptual quality. NVIDIA-first encoder with software decode anywhere.

  • DICOM-compatible payload for medical imaging workflows.
  • No per-stream codec royalty.
  • This page is served through the EVE Codec.

Platform architecture

Seven platforms. One foundation.

Application platforms run on a service layer (HiPS for geospatial) and a transport layer (EVE Codec for video). Sensitive deployments run inside the CITADEL secure runtime envelope.

  • Theia depends on EVE Codec (FMV transport) and HiPS (geospatial substrate).
  • Rail Sentinel depends on EVE Codec (video) and HiPS (georeferenced detections).
  • Rail Pulse depends on HiPS (geospatial) and EVE Codec (video).
  • AFWDS depends on HiPS (geospatial) and EVE Codec (video).
  • CITADEL wraps Theia, Rail Sentinel, Rail Pulse, and AFWDS as a runtime envelope (not an arrow).

Capabilities

Built for the loads no one else carries.

GPU-first runtime

NVIDIA Jetson to data center

Edge to cloud on a single CUDA path. NVENC, TensorRT, and Triton across the stack.

Bandwidth-bound

Engineered for contested links

EVE Codec was built for the connection that does not exist yet, then optimized for the one you have.

Secure compute

Zero-trust by deployment

CITADEL secure runtime envelope is available for sensitive deployments. Ephemeral, attested, and auditable.

No vendor lock

No per-stream royalty

EVE Codec carries no per-stream licensing tax. Theia and HiPS are deployable on customer-controlled infrastructure.

Where the work is

Evemeta platforms are in active development with a U.S. Class I railroad and U.S. defense program offices, with technical pilots underway in healthcare imaging and enterprise broadcast workflows. Specific references and case material are available under NDA to qualified parties.

Intellectual property

Six patent families. Personally held by founding inventors.

Six patent families across video compression, secure compute, geospatial intelligence, and rail safety, personally held by founding inventors.

  • Video compression

GPU-accelerated codec architecture and motion estimation.

  • Secure compute

    Zero-trust ephemeral runtime architecture.

  • Geospatial intelligence

    Hierarchical spatial indexing and reasoning.

  • Rail safety

Distributed acoustic sensing and detection methods.

Engagement

Working on something with no margin for failure?

Evemeta engages with defense program offices, Class I rail operators, tier-1 healthcare networks, and qualified investors. Specific references and case material are available under NDA.
