Defense ISR
Full-motion video and geospatial intelligence on contested links.
Theia is the application layer of the Evemeta defense ISR stack. It delivers full-motion video, georeferenced overlays, and analyst tooling under the bandwidth and reliability constraints of contested or denied environments.
Capabilities
What Theia delivers.
FMV at contested-link bandwidth
Sensor video transported through EVE Codec, holding analyst-usable quality at link budgets where conventional codecs degrade beyond utility.
Georeferenced overlay
Frame-accurate registration of FMV against the HiPS geospatial substrate, supporting target tracking and pattern-of-life analysis.
Edge-deployable runtime
Runs on NVIDIA Jetson-class hardware in forward positions, on workstation GPUs in operations centers, and on the same code path in both.
Secure compute envelope
Operates inside CITADEL where required by program security posture. Ephemeral runtime, zero-trust authentication, no persistent secrets at rest.
Stack integration
How this platform relates to the rest of the stack.
- EVE Codec
- Primary transport for FMV streams.
- HiPS
- Geospatial substrate for overlays and registration.
- CITADEL
- Runtime envelope for programs requiring zero-trust posture.
Technical surface
What is on the public-facing surface.
- Hardware
- NVIDIA Jetson Orin (edge), workstation / server GPUs (rear)
- Codec stack
- EVE Codec; H.265 and H.264 interop where required
- Geospatial
- HiPS substrate
- Security
- CITADEL-compatible; air-gap and SCIF deployments supported
